They have two hooks on both ends of each sleeve to hook on the inside of your wedding dress.
Because of it's irregular shape and how it cups over your shoulder, the measurements might be a little bit off.
I had them custom made, ordered off Etsy when debating on whether to go strapless or not on my wedding day.
These were never worn.
Note: there aren't any diamonds, just pearls sewn on (the photo with the hanger is from the etsy listing and I've only included it for you to see how it looks attached to a dress)
